This may not seem like much, but product packaging is a very important factor in the success (or failure) of a fundraiser. 

 We take pride in every detail! Let's talk a little bit about what you can expect after you turn in your order form style fundraiser order.

Step One:

Orders are totaled and checked for accuracy.

When you turn in your order, we double check totals. We also diligently take the time to check for common errors or mistakes that may be missed. Your order is then logged into our system which also ensures calculations are correct. This may sound excessive to some, but spending a little extra time at the beginning saves you loads of time and headache later on.

Step Two:

Orders are sorted by student name and class/group.

After your order is double checked for accuracy, we separate your order by student name and the class or group. This step is vitally important in helping you keep your sanity. The last thing you want is to spend days on end trying to sort each student's order before they can pick them up. Our jerky is extremely delicious, so we know that customers and students are counting down the hours and minutes to get their hands on their order. It is nearly impossible to keep them away. This step makes pick up day, a fun day!

 Step  Three:

Orders are labeled.

Now is the time to get your order put together. We take the time to make sure each box is the perfect size for each student. Small orders are placed in bags for even easier hand out. Each box and bag is clearly labeled by student name and class or group. Our jerky does not require refrigeration or special care, so storage is no problem at all. Not that you will need it, because orders will go fast! You will feel like Santa on Christmas!

Step Four:

Orders are double checked.

You order is ready to go. Well, almost. Now we have all student orders double checked by a second specialist. No order is too small or too big for that extra time to make sure it is right. This ensures accuracy and gives us the opportunity to see our jerky one last time.

Step Five:

Orders include a checklist.

Your order is now perfect and ready to go, but wait, there's more. We also include a checklist in each box and bag. This ensures that what is in the box matches what is on the student's order form. 

Step Six:

What about prizes?

So by now you are probably asking, what about the prizes? Well, we've got you covered. Each prize is also labeled by student name and class/group, excluding the 1 oz. jerky bags. Prizes ship to you separately to avoid any mix up or confusion.
