Quality Assurance

We guarantee our product to be fresh until the date printed. If you have any issues with the quality we will gladly replace your product.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable items. We do not accept returns on our jerky.


Exchanges

All damaged or defective merchandise will be exchanged for items of equal value.


Order Form Style Fundraisers

All order form style fundraisers are sorted and separated by participant name. We stand by the quality of our product and the quality of our personal care taken for each order. All orders are checked multiple times to ensure correct delivery. If for any reason your shipment is not correct please contact us immediately. We will need to know the total product delivered to the participant and the issues found. This helps us to ensure the issue does not happen again. Issues with shipment must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
