Chile Lime Beef Jerky

Chile Lime is a tender cut that has been slow marinated in a unique blend of chilies and seasoning, then slow smoked over real hickory, and then finally, we shower it with lime. The result is an extra tender beef jerky with a very unique flavor, a true south of the border treat.
